Linden House on the Hill is in an historic overlay and has many architectural features that are simply lovely. We worked with this family on a previous home and thrilled to get to help them take this historical gem through an extensive renovation. We needed to make it work for their family of five while maintaining the essence of the home. As with most remodels, there are always surprises that require creativity on the fly and this project was no exception. Often these surprises result in getting something better than originally imagined. Every member of this family wowed us with their many talents and hobbies and we wanted to make sure that they all had beautiful spaces in which to cultivate all their interests.
